Dr. Tim Brewer
District Superintendent

Dr. Tim Brewer is passionate about helping people take the next step towards Jesus, whether they are a seeker wanting to know more about Christ or a mature believer desiring a deeper walk. As District Superintendent, it is his desire to partner with pastors and local churches to encourage, inspire, and equip them to live into Jesus’s call to make disciples.
Prior to his election as District Superintendent, Pastor Tim served in student ministries and as lead pastor of two great congregations–Salt Lake City First Church of the Nazarene and Ontario First Church of the Nazarene. In addition, he served as NDI President on the Intermountain District for 18 years. In both the local church settings and on the district level, he was passionate about promoting intentional discipleship.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University (1985), a master’s degree in Christian education from Nazarene Theological Seminary (1990), and earned a Doctorate of Ministry in Preaching and Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2020.
He and his wife, Nancy, have two children, Rachel (James) and Brad. They currently reside outside the Saint Louis area.
