Pastors’ Advance 2024
The Missouri District will be collaborating again this year with the Illinois District for Pastors’ Advance.
Please take a moment to read all the information provided below before registering.
Registration ends March 4, 2024.
Theme: “Pastor Talk”
Pastor Talk will be a time of short presentations by pastors, Q&A with the DS’s, and several roundtable discussions on various topics relevant to pastoring. It is designed to be a very “hands on” and practical event.
Date: March 12-14, 2024
Place: Pinecrest Camp & Conference Center, 1252 Highway C, Fredericktown, MO
SCHEDULE:
Tuesday Night: 5:30pm: Dinner
6:45pm: Opening Session
Wednesday: 7:30am: Breakfast
9:00-11:30am Session 2
11:30am-Noon District Meetings
Noon: Lunch & Afternoon Free Time
5:30pm: Dinner
6:45pm Session 3
Thursday: 7:30am: Breakfast
9:00-11:30am Session 4
Advance concludes after Session 4.
Cost: $75
The cost for Advance this year is being offered at one low price of $75 with the remaining cost and expenses being covered by the district. No a la carte registrations are available.
*HOUSING ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE IN THE ORDER REGISTRATIONS ARE RECEIVED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PRIVATE ROOM WITH A BATHROOM, PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY. ONCE PRIVATE ROOMS WITH BATHROOMS ARE FILLED, PRIVATE ROOMS WITH SHARED BATHROOMS WILL BE THE NEXT OPTION.
*Please bring your own bedding and towels. The recommended size bedding is Queen Size.
